Tree House
Laiya Coco Grove currently has 7 tree houses with a total of 8 bedrooms. A total of 35 guests can sleep comfortably in the tree houses bedrooms.
Laiya Coco Grove's tree houses are truly unique accommodations. Each tree house is one of a kind-- the design of each house considers the structure of the host tree. All units are air-conditioned and have their own toilets and showers. Each unit has a covered patio with chairs and tables.
All tree houses are located within a few steps from the beach, and the view from their elevated bedrooms provides a spectacular view of the sea and the mountains.
The tree houses are very popular. If such accommodation is desired, confirmed reservations are suggested to avoid missing out on a truly unique holiday experience.

Laiya Coco Grove has air-conditioned Bahay Kubos which sleep more than 20 persons dormitory style. The kubo has 4 toilets, baths.

Poolside Cottage
Poolside cottages consist of standard, suite and quad accommodations and are equipped with either queen or double size or 6 single beds per room for a total of 92 guests. These spacious rooms with covered porches accommodate 4 to 6 guests, particularly if 2 of them are the younger members of the family.

Facilities at the White Beach include a large Pavilion seating 100 + guests and several sunshades and tents with tables and chairs for Day use.Including Camp Laiya facilities, there are sufficient showers, toilet and bath and changing rooms for up to 500+ guests.
Beach volleyball and water sports enhance the white beach experience.
Virtually, all of Laiya Coco Grove Main Resort guests visit the White Beach amenity.
Day Visitors and Campers including Corporate Day groups also appreciate this exceptional beach.
Facilities
Swimming Pool
The Resort's swimming pool is located near the beach and is surrounded by a large deck area. The pool is deliberately shallow at four feet throughout and features a circular kiddie pool area.
Sampaloc Tree House Terrace
The facility is located near the swimming pool and bonfire pit. It is the resort's venue for group evening activities.
Along with outdoor seating, the covered area for buffet meals and bar service, the Sampaloc Tree house Terrace has accommodated groups of up to 400 guests.
The elevated pool deck may be used as a stage for speeches, games and disco dancing.
The Sampaloc Tree House Terrace provides an ideal setting for bonding and videoke sing-alongs.
Main Pavilion
The Pavilion is an 800-square-meter structure that incorporates restaurant, lounge, office, and reception areas. It seats 140 guests for meals and 20 guests at the lounge areas. In fair weather, additional seating may be placed under the surrounding coconut trees and along the beach.

Function Room
An air-conditioned Function Room suitable for meetings with 60 participants or a lecture hall for 100 persons is available at the Main Resort.
Activities
Laiya Coco Grove Resort Complex is unusually spacious. The surrounding beach, mountain, and marine environments enhance the Resort's tropical setting.
The improvements introduced enable guests to enjoy Laiya's natural attributes whether they visit for a day or stay over weekends and longer holidays. Guests have a wide range of options. They may opt to set up camp or stay in air-conditioned tree houses. They may host their own cookouts at Laiya Coco Grove's picnic locations or dine on hearty, wholesome meals prepared for them at the Pavilion. Laiya Coco Grove not only provides pure relaxation, peace, and privacy but also strives to offer affordable and enjoyable recreation that keeps guests coming back.
Oceans Kayaks
The resort has a fleet of double kayaks for exploring Sigayan Bay. Kayaking is fairly easy to learn and the resort provides (mandatory use) life jackets to safely enjoy the kayaks.
Camp Laiya
The camping site has comfort rooms, and showers; Camp Laiya can also provide cooking facilities, picnic tables and benches.
Laiya Coco Grove can supply, for a nominal fee, 5 dome sleeping tents for 8 – 10 persons and 6 dome sleeping tents for 4 – 5 persons each. Campers may also opt to use their own tents.
Trampolines
Two trampolines equipped with safety enclosures are available for guests weighing up to 95 kilograms. It's great fun and exercise!

The Main Resort has a pool table, table hockey and table tennis.

- The resort is PET FRIENDLY, but no pets in rooms allowed. Responsible pet owner handling i.e., pooper scooper, NO BARKING. As some guests are nervous of being in-close proximity of even small dogs attentive on leash, handling is required.

Location and How to Get There
Private Transport
From Metro Manila via the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) which ends in Calamba. There is a 7km stretch up to the Sto. Tomas entry to the Southern Tagalog Arterial Road (STAR Toll way) which now extends up to Batangas City.
- Option 1:
- Continue along the STAR to the San Jose, Ibaan Exit 11kms. of road that narrows to a 2-lane highway just after the Lipa City Exit.
- Take the San Jose/ Ibaan exit turning left to Ibaan, following the main national road you will travel through Rosario up to San Juan.
- Option 2:
- Leave the STAR at the Lipa City Exit 20km.
- Approaching Lipa City you will see in the distance a McDonald's at a "Y" junction, veer right to the main road. To the left of the road, you'll see a Jollibee sign. Just before the sign, a cross junction, turn right on P. Torres St., One (1)km or so on your right is a Shell Gas Station, a good place to stop as facilities are clean.
- Continue along the national road to Padre Burgos, upon reaching Padre Burgos you have two options;
- Option 1 - go straight to Rosario clearly marked
- Option 2 - turn left a few hundred meters to the public market then turn right at the public market and animal auction facility. Auctions are held every Friday expect a half hour or more delay, particularly in the early morning up to about 3pm. If you don't mind the delay the hustle and bustle created by animals and vendors are interesting local color. The road from Padre Garcia rejoins the national road going to San Juan. If you decide to avoid the animal auction on Friday, proceed straight to Rosario.
- The road ends at a stop light controlled heavy traffic junction. There is a Jollibee on the right. Turn left towards San Juan. This junction is where the road from Ibaan joins the national road to San Juan.
Using option 1 is maybe the better choice as it avoids possible traffic in Lipa City and is a more pleasant journey overall.
Total travel time easy driving is under 3 hours from Makati

- Board a Southbound bus to Lipa City at the Taft Avenue LRT-Buendia Bus Station | Fare = P124.00(air-conditioned bus)
- At Lipa City JAM Bus Station walking distance to your left you will find Vans waiting for passengers to San Juan. Tell the driver to stop at the San Juan Public Market | Fare = P60.00
- At San Juan Public Market - Jeepneys are lined-up for Laiya. They all know Laiya Coco Grove and will drop you off at the resort main entrance | Fare = P35.00 (The driver will ask for an additional P5.00 drop you off right at the resort).
- From Quezon City Area
Board a Southbound - To Lucena (JAM or JAC Bus) at Kamuning/Kamias Edsa Quezon City | Fare(approximately) = P200.00 (air-conditioned bus).
At Candelaria-Quezon, tell the bus conductor to stop at Sambat.
At Sambat, jeepneys are lined up to go to San Juan | Fare = P24.00.
At San Juan Public Market terminal across Manolo's Mini Mart - Jeepneys are lined-up, they all know Laiya Coco Grove | Fare = P35.00
